Sakura Biyori
Comments: Three failed attempts, one mild success... what a week of design struggle! While my initial plan - a layout soft enough to reflect the spring, colorful enough to reflect the nature of Ouran Host Club - seemed a bit difficult to achieve at first (hence the trashing of 3 layouts beforehand), I must say I'm rather content with the final product. As a side note, I named this theme Sakura Biyori because the overall color scheme reminds one of a peaceful spring day... or supposedly so xD

visual means to spread the ouran love
Interested in having your own design(s) featured here? You can either send me a fully coded layout or a .psd file, both of which will be slightly altered by me later to suit the need of our site.
minimum requirements
Please make sure your layout is coded/codable in tables or div layers. If you're sending in a fully coded layout, please take note of the following conditions:
- You must use an external stylesheet (eg. style.css)
- If you're using image maps/files for your navigation, please include these sections at least: Club Guide, Fanlisting and Site. Feel free to use different wordings for each navigation to suit the presentation of your layout, or add extra links when deemed necessary.
- To accommodate our skinning script, please make sure your codings can be separated into three parts: header, content and footer.
- I will greatly appreciate a separate section for XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0 validation links on your layout, either as image maps or as a text link. You don't have to validate your layouts with the aforesaid standards beforehand: I will take care of all the necessary code alterations.
donor credits
The main objective of our donation activity is to spread words about Ouran across the interweb while attracting more visitors to your own site. As a result, you may use one or all of the following methods to advertise your domain/collective through your donated theme(s):
- You may include a short layout description as well as a title for your .zip/.psd in a text file, which will be featured in the Theme Switch section above.
- You're also recommended to include a link-back to your own domain/site collective on either the header or footer of your layout, either as an image map, a button or a text link. If you're sending in a .psd, please specify where you'd like the link to be or include it as a part of your layout.
Please note that not all submissions will be posted, either due to space constraints or incompatibility with our skinning script. I will be sure to screenshot every unused submission and provide full credits in our Hall of Fame above. If you have further questions, feel free to drop me a line.
