Part deux of OKHC's Boys Love Attraction, Host Kaoru is actually the more thoughtful one of the two - a trait recognized by very few people in Ouran Academy. (i.e. Host Haruhi) Often provided with the Uke role in a romantic setting, Host Kaoru is a crybaby at first glance who reacts almost too eagerly to every tease from his twin brother. However, his kindness deep down shall not thus be dismissed: never can you find a more loyal sibling figure elsewhere.
